Car has been turning over more slowly than usual. At 40F, two-year old battery measured 11.9v across the terminals. Starting car, voltage immediately jumped to 14.1v at idle. Is this enough to condemn the battery? It seems early for replacement, but I don't want R to be stranded this winter.
