Locating Oil Drain plug 1990 740 Turbo Wagon 700 1990

Hi everyone, I totally feel like an idiot here, but here's my question:

Doing the oil change on my new 740, keeping an eye on the Chilton manual, their pictures for the drain plug for the oil look nothing like anything under my car. There is a rectangular pan that the dipstick for the AutoTrans goes into, and a round orange one with a much bigger plug/bolt in the bottom than anyone describes (bigger than 17mm). Am I not looking in the right place? Or are one of these the pan?
