92 245 wont turn over 200 1992

Hello all. I have a non-start issue with my wagon. The starter never sounded the greatest, but I thought it was just a battery going down hill. Today I went to start it and I got nothing. No noise from the starter nothing. I tried putting the battery on the charger and still nothing. Then I tried to push-start and got nothing. When the key is turned forward the dash warning lights all light up and the seat-belt warning light does as well. When I turn all the way the seat-belt warning light goes out, but the dash lights don't even dim at all, and there's nothing from the starter. Any help would be great.
