Does E-Prom update - ECU - Regina ? 900

Hello,

I read about a cold start rough idle that could be related to ECU e-prom update service bulletin.
I have a 1993 940 B230F Bendix/Regina (Bendix Siemens ECU) (No cold start injector).
The FAQ does not mention if this e-prom update bulletin applies to the Regina system.

How do I know if I need the update ? Is this something I can do myself (source the chip) or what a dealer does to update it. Do they just replace the whole ECU ? I already have 2 know good ECU's but I don't know if the e-prom needs updating....

I think there needs to be separate catagory in the 700/900 forums for "Regina" equipped bricks.
