Is there an effective adhesive for the bumper 'eyebrows'? 200 1990

The stainless piece is seperating from the (somewhat) flexible black pieces. These are the end pieces on the band of trim that lays on the top of the bumpers.

Has anyone found a good adhesive to secure the black pieces to the stainless?
