PEMKO weatherstrip. The "Closed Cell Neoprene" caught my eye. It is just the right thickness to allow for some compression before the plastic posts touch the body. I found it at a hardware store but can be ordered from the factory website. Part number is P381 and comes in a 10 foot coil, enough for both lights.
