DILEMMA!! Future of 5-Speed 240 Wagon?? 200

I am considering selling my 91 240 Wagon with M-47 5-speed, but am conflicted and cannot pull the trigger. I have it set up perfectly (for me) with 25mm IPD anti-sways, Virgos, Boge gas shocks, nice stereo, etc. It has NO rust and low garaged and well maintained miles (120K).

I know I will not find one like this in the future (that I can afford). I believe it is worth at least $10K but I have had a feeling for several yrs that the 5-speed 240 wagon will become quite collectable (hence, expensive) in the short term.

Any thoughts or predictions on the 5-speed 240 wagon in the future?
