240 Wagon Tail light melting 200

As you all know, OEM wagon taillights are NLA.

My 88 aftermarket, melted again, I assume because of high resistance between the bulb holder and the light.

I was thinking of ordering this electrically conductive grease.

Anyone used this in the past? Results? Thoughts?

Thanks,
Hawk
