1982 GLT Warm Up Regulator

Good evening all,
I'm cross posting to a couple of forums looking for a W.U.R.
Just a quick posting to ask if anyone member on the west coast/ USA/Canada has a spare warm up regulator kicking around that you would be willing to part with. The part # for the GLT I believe is 0348140079 and a turbo regulator
is part #0348140123
Searching the interweb has turned up rebuilt regulators at ($80-$300) and a new regulator from the Volvo dealer at $900.
I would like to try and rebuild one and make it adjustable but not necessary.
Any and all help appreciated, Thanks. John I
