Is a 140 Main Platform the Same as a 240 ? 200

From the cowl to the package tray the 140 looks so similar to the 240 that I have always assumed that the doors and glass could be swapped from one to the other. Is this true? Is the main platform of a 140 from the cowling back essentially the same as the 240?

In my area I haven't seen a 140 in the past 20 years, at least, or I would check this out myself.
