Hello All,

Happy New Year!

I have an '89 240 with 164k miles. Runs amazing, but has random issues (electrical?) every few weeks or so. There might be a week where these happen a few days consecutively or two weeks might go by with no issues at all!

These are the randomly occurring issues:

1. While driving at night with headlights on, the turn signals will go out after I turn on the heater or defroster. I will stop the car, wiggle the fuses and the turn signals work again...?

2. During the day while running errands, after my 2nd or 3rd errand I try to start the car and ONLY the dash lights come on, no engine whatsoever. I wait 20-30 minutes and then it starts right up! Weeks will go by and this won't happen, then it will occur for a few days and then it will be fine for a few weeks...?

3. During the summer (80 degree weather) when I first start the car, the OD light comes and stays on for about 15 minutes of driving, then goes off by itself...? It mostly happens when it's hot outside, but has happened a few times when it was not hot...in the 60's...?

Any feedback/recommendations are greatly appreciated!
