dash lights 700 1987

The dash light was'nt working,the clock is ticking but you can.t set it I changed the fuse,the the dash lit up. The next day it was out again I tried the dimmer switch it's still out.

how do you get to bulbs for the dash, is their a relay just for the dashboard
