So I was offered a '67 that has sat since the mid-80's. It's a parts car but we can't read the chassis number that is stamped in above the battery box due to rust. Did the '67 get a tag somewhere else? There is the data tag that lists the type code and such and I can read the body tag but if I am going to try to gain ownership paperwork of this car, I need to be able to show where the chassis is (and have it be readable).
