Picture taken at left fender, looking down at back of compressor, PS bracket at upper left.....

That's the PS return hose coming down at top center, and the gaping hole is in the compressor line to the evaporator.
I moved the PS hose out of the way, it was nicely nestled into the compressor line.

Looks like I just found out why the AC never worked, and pretty soon the PS will quit too!

This exact same failure just occurred on the 93 245 a few months ago. I would suspect all 240 will have this problem, and it is very hard to see.

And these hoses are no longer available!
