Small but nice success story- went from 20m/g to 25m/g

Just an update and small success story. I had always thought 20m/g was normal for my 240 until someone mentioned on the BB to me that 25miles/gal was common. I had been driving my Volvo for 5 years and didn't think much about it. In fact, a few months ago I drove to FL and back (3000 miles) and got just under 20m/g. Then I decided to learn a little about my Volvo, joined this BB, and a bunch of you helped me through things like replacing the flametrap, oil separator, cleaning the TB, new manifold gasket, and finally I replaced the O2 sensor. Today was my first fillup since that work was done and I am so pleased to see that I am now getting a little better than 25 miles/gallon! Almost entirely city miles. And no more check-engine light.

Thanks again to you all. Thanks also to my friend Olson Sutherland for his help and encouragement.

Lots of other work to do, but this feels good.
