My 240 Dl stopped running and a friend took a look. Said i was not getting any spark.
He removed the distributor cap and told me the distributor rotor was not turning as it was supposed to. He was able to turn it by hand which meant the shaft it is siting on has gone bad.
Has anyone had any experience with this. The part is call the ignition distributor
and is not cheap to replace. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
