Increasing instrument lights brightness 120-130

Can anyone offer advice on the best option to increase the brightness of the instrument cluster bulbs without blowing the fuse. My instrument clusters are quite dull when driving at night even when the light knob is turned to brightest intensity. Thanks for any advice
