84 244 Extremely Rich Fouls Plugs 200 1984

So, my 1984 244 runs extremely rich. I'm not sure what to try next. I got so mad tonight after changing the plugs in it when it still wouldn't start that I slammed the door and shattered the driver window :(

I just got done troubleshooting low oil pressure that ended up in me replacing the pump uneccesarily because of a faulty oil filter... so now the car has great oil pressure but this persistent rich running thing is driving me crazy.

Vacuum is around 17psi at cold. TPS sensor is not noticably clicking. Most vacuum lines are new. AMM replaced this summer w/ Napa reman. Fuel pressure regulator replaced this summer with Bosch. The warm air intake is blocked off at the airbox because it ate a $350 AMM last summer.

I'm thinking it's the TPS or possibly injector seals leaking. If anyone has any other ideas, please, let me know.
