I spliced into the blue wire with the resistor that Zima has on his write up for jumping the FI temp sensor to starter. But nothing happened. It seems like since I replaced my starter a few months ago it takes a lot of cranks for it to start. If I stop cranking after 3 or 4 and then try again it always starts right up. Here are two links about the conversion. Art has a second little thing (diode) that Zima doesn't. Is that needed or would that be causing my rendition of this to not work. Tired of have a car sound like its a piece of crap when its not.
