Scummy injectors 200 1978

Tuning up a recent acquisition in my spare time. 1978 242 B21F, M45, K-Jet, etc. Pulled the injectors this evening. Came out easily enough. Pretty filthy, especially 3 and 4. Noticed the holes the in which the injectors live on the side of the engine were pretty cruddy as well. Is there anything I could/should do about this? Don't want to just wind up re-fouling the injectors when I reinstall.
