780 Air Dam and External Trim Plastic Material 700

Hi:

I would like to do some plastic welding and bonding on my 1988 780 Bertone air dam and also freshen up the black trim on sections such as the two "accordion" trim sections that attach to the front quarter panels at the bumper on each side.

The trim from the quarter panel has Volvo part# 1341340 (and #1341341 for the opposing side). It is also imprinted with 21 202 0060 and what looks like the letters ag with a shamrock (4-leaf clover) above the letter "g".

The air dam is stamped part# 1341511 and 21 202 0090. It also has the letters "ag" with the shamrock above the letter "g".

I would appreciate knowing what these markings mean (part number is obvious...) and what material/plastic these parts are made out of so that I can get the correct kind of plastic for welding and/or epoxy from 3M or others for crack repair, priming and painting.

Thanks in advance for info from anyone who has tackled these already!
SM
