grill replacement 444-544

Hi Everyone,

I want to replace the older style grill on my '58 444 with the later style grill. I'm not sure if a previous owner replaced the grill or possibly the front fenders and shroud are from an earlier car. But I'm not sure how to get the grill off. I see 4 small nuts that seemed to line up inside the fenders but removing one of them did not seem to accomplish much. I would appreciate any help or advice.
