91 240 advice needed 200

I found a $300 240 sedan. It runs and drives but I'm gonna go take a closer look this week end but was curious what to look for for any issues that could be expensive down the road.

I do know it needs to be cleaned up and vacumed real good....The pics show that a tree branch hit the roof in a storm and left a small crinkle in the roof...not real major but there none the less. That may be why the price is so low....or is it? I dunno.

Are there any major problems with automatic trannys from this year 240? What about the electrical? Are shocks/struts pretty inexpensive for this car? It needs shocks says the owner. I don't know whats on the clock, I forgot to ask but I'll find out later. Overall its not the prettiest car on the block but I think its not too bad otherwise, It has a nice straight body except the tree incident.

Thanks...
