Haven't been active on the board in quite a while as other things took over life and the 122 spent most of its time in storage the past few years. Finally, and very painfully, we sold 'the bird,' our '66 last weekend. We think she's going to a great home- a very enthusiastic young guy with lots of experience with 2xx-and newer series Volvos and now has felt the call of the classic, who I do not doubt will keep her in good shape and appreciate her as much as we did. He'll probably be showing up here any day now! I'm sure we'll always regret selling her, but she needs to be driven and loved, not sitting in a garage. Anyway, over the years we had her, the Brickboard was tremendously helpful to me in keeping 'the bird' in good running shape, and I want to express a huge and heartfelt thanks to all of you here that share your knowledge and skills and camaraderie so generously. You all helped make our time with 'the bird' a great pleasure and adventure, and helped ensure that I've passed her on to her new owner in an improved state from how we got her. We'll miss her, and you all, too. Thank you!
