OIL BREATHER BOX RETURN HOSE TO CRANK CASE IS CLOGGED 200 1991

I removed the Oil Breather Box (Oil Separator). Every one says don't touch the
Oil return hose that goes to oil sump. This tube is filled with black oil dirt.
How to clean this tube?
