not a volvo problem but all the ranger forums are useless 200

so i just changed the head gasket on a ford ranger 4l v6... reassembled it and ran it... changed the oil and the battery cables and now the wiopers wont turn off and the engine wont turn? check the battery and its good, fuses too... im lost and the only thing remotely close on the ranger forum is a led zepplin music video on you tube... please help me before i just scrap this pile
