Is there a special trick needed to install the rubber collar(p/n670391) from the bottom of the heater to the transmission tunnel tube that direct heat to the rear of the car. No matter what I tried, it keeps popping off. If the collar itself would be about a 1/2" wider I think it would stay put. Has anyone used something else in place of this ? Maybe a piece of a bicycle inner tube ? That is easier to work with. Thanks
