B230 Rear main oil seal 200

Is it a tough job to drop the automatic tranny on a 91 240 sedan with B230 engine and replace the rear main oil seal?
Or does the engine have to come out to do that? I assume dropping the tranny would be the way but maybe I'm wrong.....Are there any good tutorials on doing the job? Anything else that should/could be done while the tranny is out? What about tools? I have a floor jack, hand tools and time what more do I need?

I'm pretty sure mine is leaking...its dripping fairly bad at the area where the engine meets the tranny...I can't locate any other area where its coming from.

After this job, It should be road ready I hope....
