Hey fellow brickers!

getting ready for some suspension work...namely shocks and struts...

my '88 245 has about +/- 200k on it...

what's the consensus on changing springs with the shocks and struts? how do i know when the springs are past their prime?

Next, what brand / model does everyone suggest?
