Hello all, I need some help. I am attempting the very easy tach installation but I cannot find the red/white wire in my 83 DL anywhere. Can anyone give me more specifics about which wiring loom it is coming off? I have two loose wires going to the back of the speedo, blue and gray I believe and the two wires going to the clock back there but can't for the life of me find the red/white wire that is suppose to be there. I have a bosch ignition. I have had the instrument cluster out numerous times for different reasons so I have spent a lot of time back there. Can anyone give insight on where this wire would be and/or if perhaps my car did not come pre-wired? I can tell you the car has some strange things done to it including removing all cruise control wiring and I believe has an 84 wiring harness installed.
