240 1989....can't smog...CEL 200

Car runs perfect. Checked codes and get 111 after OS was replaced. Pulled the 25amp fuse (clears CEL).Start car and CEL comes back on upon warm up. Any ideas on what to check next? Do I need to drive this car for awhile for the codes to reappear? I disconnected the neg battery cable to clear them. California won't smog with CEL on.
