OK, thought it seemed like a good idea to replace my leaky distributor seal, since all was out of car. Should have left it alone.

Issue is I cannot drive the pin out even with the holder tool. So, decided to throw in the towel and deal with it later, but now I seem to have excessive axial (shaft goes up and down, not side to side) play. Pin and collar have not moved, can I somehow press this together or start looking for a used/rebuilt unit. Any idea what happened here. Thanks.
