Haveing problems removing Hydra rims on rear 200

Subj 245 91 138k Hydra rims without the stolen center caps, 3 don't fall off in the same parking lot on the same day. Never accured to protect the area from water.
Was in an accident 4 flats when hitting the curb.

Have hit rims with PB Blaster for a day, they still will not show any signs of coming off.

Any hints to how to procede?
