A cleaner that will remove years of baked on grease 140-160

After finding out that Ca has reduced parts cleaning solvents to basically soapy water, I was frustrated on how to get years of crud off a B-20 (Stainless?) valve cover. The present owner where I took the cover said to try EasyOff oven cleaner. It has loosened the grease to the point that I can wipe it off with a rag! And this was after trying all my cleaners including gasoline and not even being able to any of it. EasyOff works great and is now part of my cleaning chemicals.
