Right front door won't unlock or open 200 1993

Well looks like it's Roseanne Roseannadanna time. All the other power locks are working, but the right front door - nothing. The door lock button won't pull up manually, I can pull the door open lever back but nothing happens. The key won't turn either. It happened yesterday morning and then started working again, today - nothing. Any ideas? Thanks!
