Blower motor fan blade retaining clips 200 1993

I'm halfway through my blower motor replacement but I'm having trouble sourcing the fan blade retaining clips. Both of my clips cracked as they came out. The used part dealer where I bought the fan doesn't carry the clips; Volvo Canada will only sell the clips as part of a complete fan assembly ($278). I found the clips on the IPD website at $4 ea but the shipping to Canada is $25; ugh.
Wondering if anyone has a better source for these that won't break the bank?
