Weber Carb on B20 F 120-130

I replaced my old B20 B with a B20 F engine.. The previous owner of the B20 F engine had SU carbs on it.. I put my Weber 32/36 carb on the B20 F and can not seem to get it set right... The head on the B20 F would be different so maybe different jets are needed ??? Any ideas !!! I live at about 1400 feet above sea level... We will also put a carb kit in the Weber as well as maybe that is a problem too..The weber on the old B20 B worked fine...
