Just replace a very clogged fuel filter and flushed the fuel rail before installing new injectors. Amm works fine and new O2 sensor. The problem is that I'm getting rich mixture. I checked the fuel pressure and it was 50 psi running and 48 psi at Idle. Pressure is stated in manual to be 36 psi at Idle and 43 psi at running. The AMM trouble light (Home Made) for dialing in the Emission settings doesn't dial in correctly to set the AMM to the flashing of the light. My question is, Does the higher fuel pressure than the repair book gives as 32psi vs. 48 psi make so much difference or should I be thinking about replacing the ECU. I did manage to pull some code using a Saab 2.2 Bosch meter that jack into the ECU wiring harness. C113 was the only code, but this code was pulled right after the battery was connected and the repair work was done. I might also have to drive a bit for ECU mapping to take place. I could also do all the test at the ECU harness pin location. Wondering if anybody had similar conditions as what to look for.
