How to hook up horn with 240 turbo wheel 200 1983

Hi all,
I have an 83 244 that used to have the bus sized steering wheel, and I swapped the smaller diameter steering wheel from a 240T.

But now I have no horn, because the horn pad switches don't contact anything. What parts do I need to get, or would it be simpler just to hook up a push button switch for the horn? I still have the original wheel, but don't know if there's some parts I need to take from that wheel to make this work.

Love the smaller, grippy wheel, but I think I should find some way to have a horn, for safety's sake.
