1990 240dl Brake Light Problem 200 1990

The brake lights on my 1990 240dl have stopped working. All the other lights in the back are working, just not the left, right and top brake lights. I have newer light housings, and all the bulbs still work. I checked the brake switch and the fuse with a voltmeter and they are both operational.

Any suggestions on what to check next would be great. Thanks.
