I don't have 12v on the RED wire, connector pin 4 drivers side tail light. Could this be the actual Bulb Failure Sensor? Wiring Dia. shows it going from connector to the sensor and not to the fuse box. So is this one of those projects that I need to re-solder or replace the part. And while I'm at it where is the sensor located? Thanks in advance for your time.
