I was out in the country about thirty miles from Myrtle Beach today and found a white 1990 244dl in pretty beat condition sitting in a yard for sale. This is a highly unusual occurrence in this area where its all red neck junk types of stuff for sale.

I gave the car the once over; 175k on the odometer, busted back lenses, front door window rubber gone, blue cord interior fairly decent, minor dent and dings but solid, so I go beat on the door of the house and a lady comes out and has me call her son. When I ask the price he says $1300.00! I told him that I had never paid more than $500 for a 240 and generally a lot less for one this trashed, which kind of Pi$$ed him off. I'll check back in a year or so and probably get it for towing.
