940 Exhaust Part Number Confusion 900 1993

Cat back exhaust on my wife's 940 needs to be replaced. I have searched this forum and came up with part number for a replacement cat-back kit. It is P/N 272259-3 for the exhaust kit and P/N 272296-5 for mounting kit. Both available from Tasca for total of about $170 plush shipping. I called Tasca and spoke to a parts guy who asked my for the VIN of my car and came up with P/N 271366 for $240 plus shipping which apparently comes with all the mounting hardware. I am wondering if anyone knows what's the deal with two different part number and prices. Tasca guy said the less expensive one is not indicated for my car. Any ideas? It's about $50 difference. I would rather pay less, but I also don't want unpleasant surprises while installing the system.
