Thinking about a hitch 200 1990

What should I know or expect when thinking about a trailer hitch? I see cheap ones, better looking ones, OEM hitches, and I'm wondering the difference. Also, what about other suspension mods? Are overload springs mandatory? What about the wiring are the plugs there? Anti-Roll bars and braces? Mainly the use will be towing a small cart, for general farm use. Not planning on over-doing it in any way, or pulling stumps out of the Earth.. What should I expect for price?
