Changed seat belt, now SRS light is on 900 1993

Changed out my front passenger's seat belt, I forgot to plug in the stupid orange wire for the seat belt pyrotechnic pre-tensioner unit on the metal tube, ran the car and now the SRS light is on. I did plug the orange wire back in - SRS light still is on.

It gives a 2-4-2 code. Tried to reset it, but SRS light still on. or is there something else I need to do?

I have the battery disconnected now. Don't know if that will do anything.
