5th to 4th gear grind m47 200 1988

Hi I've been having a 5th to 4th gear grind does not do it 3rd to 4th I usually try and match the revs when I down shift and have knoticed if I just pull it in it does not grind most of the time, also if I shift it slower the grind seems to happen more often. If i shift really fast it does not grind. I was maybe thinking bushings, the tranny makes no funny noises and amsoil super shift type f is in the tranny. Any ideas really apreciated
