driveline noise and slip yoke thump 200

Hello,
I had some ujoint noise so I started on the usual replacements.
- all three new ujoints
- noticed the torque rod bushings were shot as well so replaced them with ipd adjustable.
- rear shocks were old so replaced those with bilstein touring and new ipd overload springs.
- changed the carrier bearing, new rubber donut kit from ipd.

I still get a whine,groan noise on low speeds, the sound was apparent before all the work and it did go away a bit after the new carrier bearing but it sounds like a bad diff. Checked the diff oil and its fine.
- still have a driveline vibration when starting from a standstill, i can feel it shuddering.
- I played with the angle of the ipd torque rods. Initially I lined them up against the old rods, put bolts through old and new (on a workbench) to pair up the length (car is not lowered). After installation, loads of vibration and thumping from slip yoke and groaning noise at low speed. Made them one turn shorter and the vibration went away but now i have a thump when hard braking to a stop or quick acceleration from a stop (pretty sure its the slip yoke bumping). not sure why the slip yoke would be touching at all....
- i made sure to paint a big yellow line on the driveshaft when removing and also made sure to line up the two arrows on the shaft.

The instructions from ipd on how to measure the pinion angle were a joke along with the fuzzy black photocopied sheet, so its been trial and error. Also have lots of groaning/sqeaking noise from the poly bushings (they came ungreased from ipd). Took the torque rods out several times now and used all sorts of grease and nothing seems to last.

The transmission mount was replaced about 50,000klms ago but I did buy a new one just havent put it in yet and the motor mounts are on order from ipd although I dont think the current ones are gone.

Any suggestions on what would cause the slip yoke banging and the driveline groan
