Two alternator belt alignment question. 200 1993

I realized that when I was replacing the alternator that the alternator itself is sitting slightly forward compared to the fan and the belts are a bit off. I tried to scoot the alternator back but I could not do much good in getting it aligned.

Would replacing the alternator bushings with new ones help, or is there a procedure to adjust it and re align it?
