Steering rack replacement questions. 200 1990

When I pulled the boots back on the steering rack about a ¼ cup of fluid spilled from each side out so I figure it’s time for a new rack.
I found one at Autozone for $169.99 with a $117.00 core charge. It’s a Duralast.
Is this is a good make and price?
Should I replace the hoses and pump when I do the change out?
Thanks.
