I want to make my 1993 240 Wagon (AW70) go faster. It has 153k miles on it and is barely broken in :)

I've STFA and will have some suspension components from IPD on order. I have a set of 15 inch rims, too, that are going on it sometime this weekend.

How hard is it to bolt a turbo setup from one of the earlier model years onto a 1993? Does anyone have a howto/parts list? I've been trying to find one, but I'm getting nowhere. I don't want to pay $1300 for some generic e-bay kit when I know I can get the exact OEM piping, exhaust headers, downpipe, etc from a junkyard for dirt cheap.

Also, has anyone actually completed an auto to manual transmission swap on these? I saw the link to the conversion that someone posted and it doesn't look too bad. I'm curious if anyone has some hands-on experience with it and knows pitfalls, gotchas, etc.
